Heavy-text , no visual cues
Cluttered above-the-fold
Too many ads/promos
Too many Links/Information in the footer

After (Revamped version):

Centered, larger search bar
Streamlined & spaced
Clean, single CTA
Clear separation & hierarchy
Visual-first approach
Simple and Clean Footer
